Privacy Policy: Crash Data

This notice explains how Stimmapp handles crash diagnostics and similar technical error data.

What data may be processed

If the app crashes or behaves unexpectedly, technical diagnostics may include device model, operating system version, app version, time of the error, approximate diagnostics about app state, and identifiers needed to distinguish repeated failures.

Why we process crash data

We use crash data to detect errors, reproduce problems, improve stability, prevent abuse, and make the app more reliable.

Your choice in the app

Stimmapp provides a Privacy Settings control for crash logs. You can enable or disable sending crash logs there at any time. If the setting is shown as enabled, crash diagnostics may be sent when an app error occurs.

Service providers

Crash diagnostics may be processed through Firebase services or similar technical infrastructure providers used to run and monitor the app.

Retention

Crash diagnostics are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for stability analysis, debugging, security, and operational documentation.
